How to order
Our aim is to make ordering as easy and stress free as possible.
If you need any help with placing your order then please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here Saturday-Thursday 9:00am-9:00pm to take your call or alternatively you can e-mail us and we will answer your queries as soon as possible. If you are calling out of office hours then please leave a message and we will contact you back on the next working day.
Ordering via the website
Once you have made that final decision and you have chosen the perfect products for your special day then you will be ready to place your order.
Firstly you will need to go to the weddings tab at the top of the page and find the item you wish to order e.g. wedding invitations
From the wedding invitations page you can then select the design of your choice. Click on the design, this will then open up all the different options available for this design and explain it in full.
When you have decided on the needed quantity please fill it in the box it and add to basket.
This will then take you through to your shopping cart which allows to view your order and give you the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. The checkout page has easy to follow steps and will show your delivery costs. There is also an additional comments box which you can add any last minute information that we may need to process your order. Once you have filled in all the necessary details then you are ready to confirm order and make payment.
After making your payment you will be sent an email order confirmation, detailing the specifics of your order. Should you spot anything that is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

You’re welcome to visit our shop located in Amman, to view all of the samples and make an order.
We open from Saturday-Thursday 9:00am-9:00pm
Proof before printing
After carefully selecting the perfect products for your big day you will want to be assured that when it arrives it will be exactly how you want it.
After making an order you’ll receive samples to choose from for all of the required details, (Holy Quran or Bible verses, fonts, frames, etc.) then you’ll send us the text that you want to be printed on the product, we’ll reply with a PDF file for the design proof.
Design proofs are sent via email, using the wording and layout agreed in your order.
The proof allows you to see what your stationery will look like before it’s printed and for you to make any last minute changes.
Please note that you are responsible for checking layout, wording, spelling and grammar.
